Hello Heidi,

On the whole I was very satisfied with the process from start to finish.

The response time via email was very quick, the information in the emails were sufficient, the booking was made at short notice which was very helpful to me.

The activity itself was perfect, again the process went smoothly on the night. The host, Tristan was very friendly and helpful.
The location was ideal and fortunately for us, less than 100m from our accommodation.

Can’t fault anything to be honest. Your company we’re very easy to communicate with and one of the only companies that I spoke to that I could easily book just an activity, rather than a full package.

So all in all I am very pleased with my experience!
